Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Home Care Community Liaison and Outreach Specialist to serve as a vital connector between healthcare providers, community organizations, and the populations we serve. Duties

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential clients.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our home care services to educate stakeholders about benefits and options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through effective negotiation, account management, and personalized customer service.
  • Coordinate with medical sales teams to facilitate product demos, technical sales discussions, and educational sessions.
  • Organize community events, seminars, and informational sessions to raise awareness about home care solutions.
  • Analyze community needs and feedback to tailor outreach efforts for maximum impact.
  • Track outreach activities, maintain detailed records in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint, and prepare reports for leadership review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or medical/pharmaceutical sales with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey complex information.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to conduct product demos confidently while explaining technical aspects clearly.
  • Experience in account management or customer service roles within healthcare or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of community health needs assessment and outreach best practices is a plus. Pay: $22.52 - $27.12 per hour
