ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Stephanie Owens Office is a fast-paced, high-performing State Farm agency dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to our community. We are currently seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual English/Spanish) to join our team.

SCHEDULE
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Handle front-desk traffic by managing appointment scheduling and maintaining clear office communication.
- Assist with incoming inquiries and help ensure customer information and records are accurate and up to date.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers in English and Spanish to identify needs and connect them with the right insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions, setting expectations, and following up on customer needs.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and energy during peak times—busy office, frequent walk-ins, and multiple calls.
QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIREMENTS)
Must be fully bilingual:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident approach. - Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and participating in sales-support conversations as needed.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with urgency and professionalism.
