Stephanie Gardens, professionally managed by Ohana Ventures, is a premier residential care and memory care community that is seeking an experienced Executive Director that would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community. This position reports to the Regional Director of Operations.
The Executive Director is responsible for hands on operations execution at the community level. The Executive Director responsibilities include the profit and loss, financial performance, leadership of employees, and resident and family satisfaction. He/she also manages the community based on Oregon policies, procedures and guidelines and is fully knowledgeable of all state and federal regulations, guidelines and reporting pertinent to the day-to-day operation. Additionally, a key component of this position is the ownership of the Sales & marketing process to ensure maximization of revenue and our market position.
The Executive Director will be focused on healthcare operations within community in to provide the highest level of quality care to our residents.
The Executive Director is responsible for day-to-day operations within the community.
The Executive Director duties include:
Ensures compliance of Assisted Living Facility with Federal, state and local standards
Selects competent personnel to head and staff all major departments. Reviews competence and effectiveness of work force on a regular basis
Reviews and monitors compliance with established policies by all community personnel
Assist in establishing policies pertaining to total resident care, personnel, medical staff, financial status, public relations, environment, maintenance of building and grounds, etc.
Creates a warm and inviting culture for employees, future employees, residents, families and outside providers that serve the community.
Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least 2 years’ experience professional or management experience that has occurred in the last 5 years in a health or social service-related field or possess an accredited bachelor’s degree in a health or social service-related field.
