Stephanie Gardens Assisted Living & Memory Care – Gresham, Oregon
Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping seniors live with dignity and comfort? Stephanie Gardens, professionally owned and managed by Ohana Ventures, is seeking caring and reliable Caregivers to join our team.
As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance based on each resident’s service plan. You will support residents with activities of daily living, promote their independence, and communicate important changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a genuine heart for serving seniors.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized personal care.
- Follow each resident’s service plan and established care procedures.
- Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, medical providers, and team members.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain all required training and certifications.
- Support a clean, safe, welcoming, and respectful environment.
- Participate in team meetings and quality-improvement initiatives.
- Follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification or training as required by Oregon regulations.
- At least one year of caregiving or related experience preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and remain calm under pressure.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and assist residents safely.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to complete required written and electronic documentation.
Supervision
This position reports to the Health Services Director.
