Stepan is currently hiring a Logistics Specialist to support our dynamic Production team in Anaheim, California. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations across our supply chain.

Stepan is currently hiring a Logistics Specialist to support our dynamic Production team in Anaheim, California. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee shipments, production schedules, and inventory levels
- Manage the movement of materials, including bulk inventory transportation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional customer service
- 5 years experience required / chemical manufacturing enviorment preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong MS office skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a one team culture
- Demonstrates problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Self initiative and self direction are a must
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business preferred

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
