What you’ll do
- Support merit, bonus, and LTI cycles
- Partner with HRBPs to deliver data-driven comp recommendations
- Work hands-on with equity/stock programs (RSUs, etc.)
- Contribute to global projects like pay equity, leveling, and org design
What we’re looking for
- ~4 years in compensation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team oriented environment.
- Experience in stock plan administration a plus

Pay Range: $86,000 - $116,000
The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position
