We’re seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead capital projects ($0–$10MM) at our Winder facility. What You’ll Do
- Drive process improvements and capital projects from concept to start-up.
- Lead a team of two direct reports plus contract engineers.
- Balance hands-on technical work with strategic work.
- Oversee contractors on civil/electrical work, safety orientations, and permitting.
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with world-class safety.
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15 years in chemical/process industries (PSM preferred).
- Background in process/production engineering with project management experience a plus.
- Strong leadership presence, problem-solving skills, and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
