Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Teacher, based on-site in Blackwood, NJ. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing effective lesson plans, delivering engaging and impactful educational experiences, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with other educators and staff to achieve educational goals. Additional responsibilities may include classroom management and parent-teacher communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning and creating structured educational plans that meet diverse student needs
- Proficiency in Education and Teaching to deliver impactful lessons and facilitate effective learning
- Strong Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Training experience or qualifications to guide and mentor students
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for fostering growth and learning in students
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field
- Teaching certification or licensure in accordance with the state's requirements
- Experience with instructional technology or innovative teaching methods is a plus
