Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Promote and sell products or services through effective communication and upselling techniques
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and manual handling of merchandise to maintain an organized sales floor
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel for data entry, record keeping, and reporting purposes
• Conduct product demonstrations and public speaking engagements to educate customers about features and benefits
• Support math calculations for pricing, discounts, and sales targets to achieve goals
• Maintain accurate inventory management records and oversee inventory control processes
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, processing returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
