Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

What You’ll Do
- Support OTRs in delivering meaningful, functional therapy interventions
- Help residents regain independence and skills for everyday living
- Complete 13-week assignments across Florida
- Bring creativity and compassion to facilities where help is needed most
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active Florida COTA license or eligibility
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability
- Passion for resident-centered rehabilitation
