In this role, you’ll play an essential part in supporting our therapy staff and enhancing the rehabilitative experience for our residents.

In this role, you’ll play an essential part in supporting our therapy staff and enhancing the rehabilitative experience for our residents.
Rehab Aide Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; college experience is a plus
- Licensure: Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the state of Florida
- Experience: Prior experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings is preferred
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Therapeutic Knowledge: Familiarity with materials and equipment used in physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and therapy staff
- Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated emotional stability to manage the demands of both patients and team members
- Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining patient and employee confidentiality
- Tech-Savvy: Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs; experience with Rehab Optima/Net Health Therapy is a plus
