Female Mentor for Youth

Hiring 2 Part Time Youth Mentors. Have fun while empowering youth to achieve their dreams. Approximately 4 to 10 hours a week depending on number of clients on your caseload. Each client is 2 hours once a week.

As a mentor with Step Up Mentoring Services of Idaho, LLC you would work with teenagers on diversion or juvenile probation in Ada and Gem County. We work with youth individually in the community providing support in dealing with day-to-day challenges. In addition, we teach personal, academic and vocational skills. Building rapport by having fun and engaging in prosocial activties.

Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age

Possess a valid driver's license and have an insured vehicle.

Have good driving record

Pass a criminal history background check

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in a social service, rehabilitative or correctional program

OR

Possess an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice or Human Service related field.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
