Role Description
This is a Part-Time with Full-Time opportunity, on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist located in New Jersey. We are in all 21 counties in New Jersey and this role is for the Morris and Sussex County areas. This role is working with children and families in their home and community, where the biggest need and challenges exist.
The Mental Health Therapist will work directly with children, families, and individuals to provide mental health services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, engaging in family therapy, and collaborating with team members to support client well-being. The therapist will also participate in maintaining accurate and confidential records and provide a supportive environment for clients to achieve their goals.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in developing and implementing Treatment Planning
- Knowledge and experience in Social Work and Case Management
- Expertise in Mental Health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is required
- Experience working with children, families, and diverse populations is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
