What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight in a clinic-based setting (with some home support as needed)
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and trainees
- Lead parent training with a focus on real-life application
- Use data to drive meaningful clinical decisions and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (required) or LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification.
- Open to both newly certified and seasoned BCBAs / LBAs
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership mindset
- Passion for working with children and families
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
