Role Description
The Multi-Rooftop Fixed Operations Manager partners with our General Managers and dealership management teams to provide support and training, assist with customer retention and satisfaction, and helps implement and execute industry leading processes to drive best-in-class performance on a daily basis. You must be a hands-on leader comfortable working with leadership teams across multiple rooftops.
Qualifications
- Franchise Dealer Operations and Management experience
- Fixed Operations and Customer Retention expertise
- Domestic experience--GM and Stellantis experienced candidates strongly preferred
- Must lead from the front and get in-the-trenches showing more than telling
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with DealerTrack DMS and Xtime required
