Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The Service Advisor will assist customers throughout their service experience, providing accurate information about necessary vehicle maintenance, repairs, and costs. Responsibilities include coordinating service schedules, ensuring timely completion of repairs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and serving as a liaison between the customer and the service team.
