Step-It-Up ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated ABA Office Manager.

As an ABA Office Manager, you will work in a brand new clinic that provides children who have autism or other developmental challenges with ABA therapy.

ABA Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage intake, new client onboarding, and family communication.
• Collect and record data daily
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Comunicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner
• Coordinate clinical and administrative staff schedules.
• Fill-in as an RBT when needed.
