Role Overview
We are seeking a Website Development Intern to support the custom development of the Step Inc website and internal client portals. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with design and leadership to turn approved concepts into clean, functional, and scalable web experiences.
This is an unpaid internship for the first month, with paid potential based on performance, output quality, and ongoing needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the custom development and iteration of the Step Inc website
- Support development of client-facing portals and internal tools
- Translate Figma designs into live implementations
- Edit and maintain HTML for production use
- Build and refine layouts, interactions, and responsive behavior in Webflow and Framer
- Ensure consistency, performance, and attention to detail across devices
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in HTML editing
- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Demonstrated experience with Webflow
- Experience building and editing projects in Framer
- High attention to detail and ability to follow design systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Video editing experience
- Graphic design or visual branding experience
