What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position at Step-By-Step Therapy, Inc.?
15-20 hours per week. Certified in the state of FL. Occupational therapy experience in the pediatric setting, ages 0-17 years old. Duties include following and implementing treatment goals, collect data, SOAP notes, consult with team members (OTR, parents/caregivers, rehabilitation manger, office staff, other therapists), providing home plan for parent/caregiver, and follow up consults. Work at our office located in Tavares, private schools, and/or daycare centers within Lake County, FL. Individual must be able to work mornings and/or afternoons (including after school hours).
