What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teaching Assistant / Support Staff in preschool setting position at Step by Step School for Early Learning?

We are currently seeking an individual to provide teaching support in all age groups and classrooms (infants, toddlers, and pre-k), as well as carrying out some school-wide tasks, such as kitchen support.
This position is open to both experienced and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn more about the field! Starting compensation will be based on ECE credentials and years of experience in the field, within the listed range.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hrs/week, 8 hour daytime shifts Mon-Fri.

Job duties may include:
Collaborating with classroom teachers to implement age appropriate activities and lesson plans
Providing stimulation for development across physical, cognitive, social, and emotional domains of learning (singing, reading, outdoor time, physical activities, simple hands-on art and sensory activities, etc)
Meeting the children's physical needs for care (feeding, assisting with naptime routines, diaper changes, etc)
Communicating as needed about the children's progress and day's activities with family members, in person and using an app for sharing information and photos
Attending monthly staff meetings for professional development and school-wide communications
Stepping in for classroom teachers as needed for bathroom breaks and planning time
Kitchen duties: Serving/delivering lunches provided by our caterer to each of the classrooms, loading and unloading dishes from the dishwasher (does not require any cooking)
