Step by Step Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team for a 12-week contract assignment beginning in August. This position provides an opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered outpatient orthopedic and general PT setting while covering a maternity leave.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Supervise and work alongside PTA and ollaborate with support staff to provide excellent patient care
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
Qualifications
- Physical Therapy Degree (Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred)
- Current NY State Physical Therapy license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply
