Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Step By Step PediatricsStep By Step Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team. We are a well‐established, family‐focused pediatric practice committed to providing high‐quality, personalized care to children from infancy through adolescence. We are looking to fill this position within the next few weeks to support our growing patient community.Responsibilities• Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations, including history taking and physical examinations.• Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions under physician supervision.• Provide clear, supportive counseling to families regarding health, development, and wellness.• Develop and implement evidence‐based patient care plans.• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.• Contribute to a safe, organized, and child‐friendly clinical environment.Qualifications• Licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Colorado.• Prior pediatric experience strongly preferred.• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.• Ability to build trust and rapport with children and families.• Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented pediatric setting.• Professional, reliable, and committed to high‐quality patient care.
