What You’ll Do

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in their home, school, or community
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
• Collect data and document each session accurately
• Communicate with your supervising BCBA and team regularly
• Show professionalism and respect in every client and team member interaction

What this role requires

• Active RBT certification *if you don't have an active RBT certification, you can enroll in our Behavior Technician program that will support you in obtaining your certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable Transportation
• Punctual, with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with children and families in home settings
• Able to stay active and engaged with clients
• Prior ABA experience required

Work Environment
Sessions will be held in-home, school, or communication location position. Expectations include, but are not limited to the following:

• Respecting the family’s home and space
• Leaving therapy materials on-site as needed
• Being physically active with clients, including sitting, playing, lifting, or running if required
