What You’ll Do
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children in their home, school, or community
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
- Collect data and document each session accurately
- Communicate with your supervising BCBA and team regularly
- Show professionalism and respect in every client and team member interaction

What this role requires
- Active RBT certification *if you don't have an active RBT certification, you can enroll in our Behavior Technician program that will support you in obtaining your certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation
- Punctual, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with children and families in home settings
- Able to stay active and engaged with clients
- Prior ABA experience required

Work Environment
Sessions will be held in-home, school, or communication location position. Expectations include, but are not limited to the following:
- Respecting the family’s home and space
- Leaving therapy materials on-site as needed
- Being physically active with clients, including sitting, playing, lifting, or running if required
