Essential Functions

- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and community environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
- Data collection and session note submission according to company policy.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and trainings.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Candidates have the opportunity to earn a $500 incentive bonus for by passing the RBT Certification Exam and Completing their first official therapy session with a client.
- Candidates must completed at LEAST 25% within the first 7 days and a further 25% each following week to remain in the program.
- Variable employees are not guaranteed a minimum number of hours.
- If a Variable employee does not engage with a client for a duration of 3 months anytime during employment, Step Ahead ABA has the right to terminate employment.
- Engagement with a client is defined as: rendering direct services to a client and converting a worked appointment to a timesheet.
- At the conclusion of and/or hour reduction of any case assignment, Employee understands and agrees that it is their own duty and responsibility to request additional case assignments from our Client Care Coordinators, should they wish to resume employment with the company.

- Policies and Procedures: As a Step Ahead ABA employee, you will be expected to abide by Step Ahead ABA’s rules and standards. Specifically, you will be asked to sign an acknowledgement that you have read and understand Step Ahead ABA’s rules of conduct which are included in the Employee Handbook.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT Certification or equivalent
- Experience working in another ABA practice.
