About Us:
We are a growing behavioral health organization providing ASAM Level 3.1, 2.5, 2.1 services, mobile crisis support, and outpatient therapy. We are seeking a licensed clinician to support clinical operations, program compliance, and group services across multiple levels of care.
Position Overview:
This role is focused on program support, compliance, and clinical oversight — not a traditional therapy caseload position. You will work directly with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations across our substance abuse programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support group sessions (ASAM 2.1 / 2.5)
- Manage operations of business, overseeing all programs.
- Support interns and internship completion and responsibilities.
- Ensure timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Assist with treatment plan reviews and updates
- Support ASAM 3.1 program structure and operations
- Maintain compliance with state and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, etc.
- Active license (LCSW or LPC required)
- Experience in substance abuse treatment required
- Familiarity with ASAM levels of care strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
