About the Role:
Our Garnishment Support employees will enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, professional office environment. As a Garnishment Support employee your responsibilities will include:
Contacting various banks, credit unions, state and local courts to verify our garnishment and levy paperwork has been received and processed
- Contacting various employers to follow-up on the status and payment of wage garnishments
- Managing the levy and wage garnishment process through a software-based work queue
- Updating account statuses to ensure proper and efficient handling of post-judgment collection accounts
- Collaborate with our Collections and Legal staffs on ad hoc projects
Our most successful team members share the following background and skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or financial services
- Independent thinking and practical problem solving
- Excellent active listening, written and verbal skills
- Determination to meet or exceed individual goals
- Strong customer service skills
