W2 ROLE NetSuite Administrator Waco, TX (Hybrid)
- Serve as a hands-on NetSuite Administrator/Developer, specializing in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, and Manufacturing processes.
- Design, configure, and develop scalable NetSuite solutions to support warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing, and shop-floor operations.
- Translate business requirements from Operations stakeholders into effective NetSuite configurations and customizations.
- Customize and extend NetSuite functionality using SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Develop and maintain operational reporting, including saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and SuiteAnalytics for inventory and warehouse management.
- Support integrations with external systems using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST) and middleware platforms.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, transaction integrity, and traceability across locations, bins, lots, serials, and manufacturing transactions.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to identify process gaps and implement practical solutions.
- Uphold NetSuite best practices, minimizing unnecessary customizations by leveraging standard functionality where applicable.
- Troubleshoot operational issues independently and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Support and optimize warehouse and manufacturing processes, including receiving, putaway, picking, bin transfers, inventory adjustments, cycle counting, work order management, and fulfillment.
- Maintain a LinkedIn profile with a picture.
- 10 years of NetSuite development or administration experience, with strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, WMS, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and operational reporting.
- Preferred: Experience with NetSuite WMS, RF-SMART or similar mobile warehouse solutions, barcode scanning, bin/lot/serial control, middleware (Boomi, MuleSoft), and advanced manufacturing operations.
