Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Floral Manager to lead one of our locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design and sales, along with excellent customer service skills. As the Floral Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure that our floral arrangements meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and beautiful products.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the floral department, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
- Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions while maintaining high standards of design and quality.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring freshness of products.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering expert advice on product selection.
- Maintain an organized workspace that promotes efficiency and creativity within the team.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in floral design and 3 years of management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
