• Deep knowledge in the design and implementation of databases using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and My SQL

• MySQL (MS windows and Linux)

• Strong knowledge Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and working knowledge of Unix •

• Working knowledge of Putty and Tectia

• Knowledge of Oracle Database 11g technologies including configuration management, backup/recovery, performance optimization, and space management.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and 5to 10 years of solid, diverse work experience in IT, data modeling, data entity analysis, logical and physical database design, and database administration support activities or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Excellent analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques, in-depth knowledge of the business unit's functions and applications, and a broad knowledge of system and technology alternatives; must possess extremely high competency in the use of database technology and software supported, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with business area, developer and IT management and staff. •

Critical Skills:

• MS SQL Server 2008/ 2005 administration, experience with SQLServer 2012 considered a plus • MySQL (MS windows and Linux) • Strong knowledge Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and working knowledge of Unix • Working knowledge of Putty and Tectia Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of Oracle Database 11g technologies including configuration management, backup/recovery, performance optimization, and

Additional Information

• Development and maintenance of automated test suites using SILK automation tools (UI and Performance test suites using SILK tools)

• Development and execution of comprehensive test plans and scripts.

• Review test output and document results including logging and following up on identified problems.

• Prepare Test Coverage metrics for automated test suites

• Assist in the role of technical expert for the Electronic Payments applications.

• Represent CBAF on work groups; make significant contributions to projects and work group initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of business and user requirements for existing and/or new Electronic Payment applications.

• Identify and implement technology-based business process and reporting improvements.

• Stay abreast of testing techniques.
