Project Engineer / Project Manager
Responsible for planning, budgeting, executing, and documenting projects while guiding a team of engineers. Leads technical initiatives, ensures on-time and on-budget delivery, and aligns projects with customer requirements. In this role you will be working on project for the Department of Defense, experience with these types of project and programs is prefeed
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical direction and support.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, analyze, document, and test products, systems, or subsystems.
- Direct CAD designers and technicians as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Support proposals, BOE development, and process improvements.
- Work independently with oversight and collaborate professionally across teams.
- Available for limited travel.
