We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a highly automated process manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting and maintaining critical production and utility systems, while supporting a clean, well-maintained facility that continues to invest in new equipment and future growth.
What You'll Do...- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of electrical, mechanical, and process equipment throughout the facility.
- Work with PLC-controlled equipment, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and instrumentation used in manufacturing operations.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of process instrumentation including pressure, temperature, flow, and pH devices.
- Support critical plant utilities including boilers, steam systems, compressed air, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, centrifuges, tanks, piping systems, and other process equipment.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, maintenance manuals, and P&IDs to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems, including 24VDC and 120VAC control circuits.
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and PM completion within the CMMS system.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting a clean manufacturing environment.
- 5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing or process production environment.
- Technical degree, apprenticeship, or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, motor controls, and industrial instrumentation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, maintenance manuals, and P&IDs.
- Experience supporting plant utility systems such as boilers, steam, compressed air, refrigeration, HVAC systems, or air handling equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial control circuits and process instrumentation.
- Comfortable working in a process manufacturing environment involving pumps, tanks, piping systems, mixers, heat exchangers, and similar equipment.
- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
- TIG welding experience, particularly on stainless steel equipment or piping, is preferred.

- First shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
