Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Frisco, Texas (US)
We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer to help build and scale the next generation of Intelligent Transportation Systems. You’ll join a small, fast-paced team working with a modern tech stack—Kubernetes, Terraform, Go, Python, NATS, Numaflow, Dagster, GraphQL, and more—to support real-time data processing across cloud and on-premise environments. This role is perfect for someone who’s curious, collaborative, and excited to shape a high-impact, growing SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage Kubernetes clusters using Argo CD and Terraform.
- Develop scalable cloud and on-prem infrastructure; implement CI/CD for containerized apps.
- Maintain data lake and real-time data systems using S3, Dagster, NATS, and Numaflow.
- Deploy and support edge/hybrid cloud environments with reliable connectivity.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize Go/Python deployments and build systems (Bazel).
- Integrate security into pipelines and ensure compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR).
- Implement monitoring, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering; 3 years running production Kubernetes.
- Experience with data lakes/warehouses and high-availability environments.
- Strong skills in Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring/observability, and GitOps.
- Familiarity with Bazel or large-scale build systems.
- Relevant certifications (AWS, CKA) are a plus.
- Experience with edge or hybrid cloud deployments is preferred.
