Data Analyst
Costa Mesa, CA - Onsite
We’re looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our onsite team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you’ll work closely with IT, end users, and customers to analyze data, build dashboards, support ad hoc reporting, and troubleshoot data flow issues. This position offers strong growth potential into roles like Jr. DBA or Data Architect.
Responsibilities
- Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support decisions.
- Fulfill ad hoc data requests and ensure data accuracy.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and present insights.
- Maintain and develop analytics solutions using OAC and other BI tools.
- Recommend process improvements and stay current with analytics technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or related field.
- 3 years of SQL experience on Oracle RDBMS (PL/SQL a plus).
- 3 years supporting customer data requests and structured reporting.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, OAC).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
