Case Manager – Life Insurance & Annuities
Location: Fort Washington, PA (On-site)
A well-established and nationally recognized life insurance and annuity brokerage is seeking a highly organized and proactive Case Manager to join its team. As a Case Manager, you will coordinate and manage life insurance and annuity opportunities from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant process. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, insurance carriers, financial professionals, and medical providers to help deliver a first-class experience throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the case processing workflow for new and in-force business.
- Provide ongoing service and support to financial advisors and policyowners.
- Conduct detailed reviews of documentation to support new business submissions.
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Stay informed on carrier and medical facility policies, compliance updates, and operational procedures.
- Meet established performance goals related to transactions and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two or more years of experience in life and annuity insurance (preferred).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with iPipeline and SureLC platforms is highly preferred.
