ROUTER SWITCH:
SD/WAN exp, cisco routing switch exp, must know inner workings of SDWAN, understand core space - backbone for entire world, will be routing things at a high level, need to know: sd/wan, cisco, cloud, aws, SDA // Soft skills: honesty!!!, check certs on resumes and validate them!, MUST meet deadlines, pull weight, good sense of humour!, 6 on team, must be energetic, ready to do the work
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure by configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure network security, performance, and availability
Set up complex network architectures, manage routing protocols like BGP and OSPF, plan and execute upgrades, and provide technical support to resolve network-related issues
