Travel: Occasional travel to operational locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IFS enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and integration requirements.
- Configure, test, and support IFS modules across:
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Manufacturing
- Projects
- Sales
- Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights using IFS reporting tools and Power BI.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system testing efforts.
- Facilitate user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable ERP solutions.
- Partner with business and technical teams through design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot system, integration, and reporting issues while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supporting IFS ERP environments.
- Experience with IFS Cloud strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional workflows.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams.
