Required Technical Skills
- .NET Software Development: P3 Advanced (7 10 years of experience)
- Agile Application Development: P2 Intermediate (3 5 years of experience)

Role Description
Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of complex software applications supporting enterprise business objectives and mission-critical operations.
Collaborate with software architects, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional development teams to define technical requirements and develop scalable, secure application solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with software development standards and best practices. Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, resolving complex technical challenges, optimizing application performance, and delivering high-quality software solutions using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
Additional Minimum Qualifications
- Strong experience in .NET software development.
- Experience working in Agile application development environments.
