AI Native Software Engineer (Senior / Lead IC Only)
MUST HAVES:
AI
RAG,LLM, MCP, ETC
Any Programming Languauge
Deployment into Production, Not Just POC

8 10 years total software engineering experience
Senior / Lead Individual Contributor (not people manager)
Comfortable being the technical lead of a delivery pod

Architect only or strategy only background
B. Enterprise Environment Experience

Has worked in large enterprise environments
Systems used by many internal users or business units
