We are seeking a Workday Financial Administrator with strong expertise in the Workday Procurement module to support, optimize, and enhance procurement operations across the organization. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Workday Procurement processes, security, and business workflows align with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday business processes, managing security roles and permissions, partnering with procurement leadership, and helping prioritize enhancement requests and operational initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and support the Workday Procurement module, ensuring system stability, efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Business Processes related to procurement, sourcing, requisitions, approvals, supplier management, and purchasing.
- Manage and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and permissions to ensure appropriate access controls and compliance.
- Partner closely with Procurement leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate system enhancements, and recommend solutions.
- Analyze existing procurement workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Procurement issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Support Workday releases, testing activities, and implementation of new features and functionality.
- Provide end-user support and guidance related to procurement processes and Workday functionality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience administering or supporting Workday Financials, with a strong emphasis on the Procurement module.
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Workday Business Processes.
- Experience managing Workday Security, including roles, domains, and access controls.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.
