We are seeking a Construction Systems Technology Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of construction management platforms within a product-led delivery model. This role partners with Operations, Project Teams, and Technology to deliver scalable solutions across the construction lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for construction management platforms
- Drive delivery using a product model (iterative releases, continuous value delivery)
- Translate field and project needs into product capabilities across project lifecycle workflows (planning, execution, closeout)
- Partner with stakeholders across construction, operations, and IT to align priorities
- Manage vendor relationships, platform roadmaps, and industry research
- Ensure accountability for business outcomes, adoption, and user value
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong background in construction management systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (Build, BIM 360) or Procore Technologies
- Understanding of construction workflows like RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, cost management, document control
- Proven ability to operate in a product model (not just project delivery)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate field requirements into technical solutions
