Position Overview
We are hiring experienced professional cleaners for an on-call position with flexible scheduling.
- Jobs are assigned with at least 48 hours’ notice
- Work may include residential homes, move-outs, and occasional commercial spaces
- Most jobs are completed in team settings (2–3 cleaners)
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Already has cleaning experience
- Wants flexible work without a fixed weekly schedule
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality results
Requirements (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel to job sites independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Must be dependable and responsive to scheduling communication
Preferred (but not required)
- Own professional-grade vacuum (Shark or equivalent)
- Experience with:
- deep cleaning
- move-out/move-in cleans
- high-detail residential work

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization.
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure all surfaces are pristine.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout each property, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists to guarantee extremely detailed consistency and quality in every job.
- Utilize janitorial and custodial equipment efficiently while maintaining their proper functioning for optimal results.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work with at least two years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform housekeeping tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for providing additional household assistance when needed.
