What You'll Do
- Design, prototype, and scale AI-native applications and agents that deliver business impact.
- Build across the full stack: front-end (React, TypeScript), backend (Python, , Go), APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL/vector stores).
- Develop and optimize LLM-powered workflows including RAG patterns, embeddings, multi-agent orchestration, and context management.
- Architect and maintain infrastructure — CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud services, and observability.
- Balance innovation with pragmatism — quickly move from proof-of-concept to production with attention to scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Optimize AI systems for performance, accuracy, latency, and cost tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, and designers to translate experimentation into robust features.
- Stay hands-on with developer-first tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, and others to accelerate productivity.
About You
- 5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building AI-powered systems.
- Strong full-stack expertise: front-end (React, TypeScript, modern frameworks), backend ), and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector DBs).
- Familiarity with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar).
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scaling systems.
- Knowledge of LLM lifecycle — prompting, evaluation, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and agent design.
- Pragmatic mindset — you know AI requires testing, observability, and fallback logic, not just prompts.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and comfortable bridging technical and business perspectives.
