Stellar Window Wash is building one of the premier Christmas light installation companies in the Boise area, and we're looking for a handful of hard-working, dependable people to join our Christmas Light Team for the 2026 season.

This isn't your typical seasonal labor job.

You'll work outside with a small crew, spend your days moving and working with your hands, and finish each job by seeing the transformation you've created.

And yes — you'll probably have a pretty good time doing it.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You'll work as part of a 2-person installation crew transforming homes throughout the Boise area.

Your day may include:

• Climbing ladders and working on roofs
• Installing professional Christmas lighting systems
• Cutting and assembling custom-fit light strands
• Working with hand tools and installation equipment
• Following Stellar's installation and safety systems
• Keeping jobsites clean and professional
• Interacting respectfully with homeowners
• Taking pride in creating a finished product that looks exceptional from the street

Every house is different, and every finished project is something you can actually see and be proud of.

WHO IS THIS JOB FOR?

You do not need Christmas light experience.

We'll train you.

YOUR PAY & ADVANCEMENT PATH

STELLAR TECHNICIAN CAREER PATH

Academy Technician — $20/hr
Paid training and learning the Stellar Standard.

Technician — $21/hr performance bonus
You can independently perform quality installations.

Lead Technician — $23/hr performance bonus
You can lead a crew and consistently deliver excellent production and quality.

Senior Lead Technician — $25/hr performance bonus
Experienced leader trusted with our highest standards, complex jobs, and crew performance.

Operations Manager — $28/hr performance bonus
Leadership role overseeing crews, production, quality, and operations.

PERFORMANCE BONUSES

During the Christmas season, technicians can earn an additional:

$40–$150 PER WEEK based on production.

Top performers can reach $30 /hr in total weekly compensation through advancement and performance bonuses.

After Christmas, we continue to reward performance. During January–February, technicians can earn an additional $50/week for hitting established production goals.

THIS CAN BE MORE THAN A SEASONAL JOB

Christmas lights are the focus for the fall and holiday season, but Stellar Window Wash is a year-round exterior cleaning company.

For the right people, this can become an opportunity to continue working with us beyond Christmas — including:

• Window cleaning
• House washing
• Gutter cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Solar panel cleaning
• Other exterior services

Our goal isn't simply to hire seasonal labor.

We want to find great people, train them well, and give them an opportunity to grow.

If you crush it during Christmas season, we'd rather keep you than start over with someone new next year.

Training begins: September 28th

Christmas light production begins: October 5th

Peak season: October–February

The workload increases significantly as we get closer to Christmas, so reliability and availability during the peak season are extremely important.

This is an active outdoor job and requires the ability to work on ladders and roofs for extended periods in changing weather conditions.
