Duties
- Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and consistency

- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
- Train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative team environment

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a quick service or fine dining restaurant environment

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and deliver outstanding customer service
- Prior experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles preferred
