🔹 Role Overview
In this position, you will oversee the setup of a new production facility and support the expansion of existing operations. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business goals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution for new plant openings and major expansion projects
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, in-scope project delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and external contractors
- Oversee procurement and installation of manufacturing equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and legal requirements
- Provide regular progress updates and risk assessments to senior leadership
🔹 Qualifications
- Proven project management experience in manufacturing (facility setup/expansion preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- PMP certification is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
