A leading company in the frozen food manufacturing sector is expanding its operations and looking for a Production Manager to support a major new plant opening and ongoing operational growth. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a high-impact role within a growing organization.

🔹 Role Overview

In this position, you will oversee the setup of a new production facility and support the expansion of existing operations. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for new plant openings and major expansion projects
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, in-scope project delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and external contractors
• Oversee procurement and installation of manufacturing equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and legal requirements
• Provide regular progress updates and risk assessments to senior leadership

🔹 Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in manufacturing (facility setup/expansion preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• PMP certification is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
