Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications
Stellar Solutions Inc. is looking for a Contracts Business Partner/ Contracts with expertise in contract management, support subcontract management, project control, and business analytics. The ideal candidate will be versatile, capable of handling various roles, and dedicated to fostering a Stellar culture. As the Contracts Business Partner, you will serve as the internal and external representative for all contractual matters with government, prime, and commercial customers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in program analytics, finance or contracts who’s ready to grow into a broader business partner role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, negotiating, and managing program deliverables, contracts and subcontracts
- Manage filing compliance and documentation
- Support proposal development and RFP reviews
- Maintain and track financial forecasts, billing schedules, and contract performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies
- Collaborate with finance, program managers, and sector leads to support contract execution
- Help prepare monthly contract status reports and financial summaries
- Engage with customers and subcontractors to support business operations and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field or an Associates with 10 years’ experience
- The ideal candidate(s) will possess 1–10 (1-4 = Junior, 5-10 = Mid) years of experience in contracts, subcontracts, or program analysis
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and forecasting
- Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain
- Experience with Unanet or similar financial systems is a plus
- Experience with Excel and SharePoint
