Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications

- Systems engineering and integration across space, missile defense, and ground architectures- Subsystem and payload design, development, and testing- Mission operations, command & control, and battle management- Program management, strategic planning, and acquisition support- Launch vehicle, interceptor, and sensor integration- Modeling, simulation, and analysis for defense and space systems- Cybersecurity and resilient system design for contested environments- Propulsion - Launch vehicle and in-space, to include nuclear propulsion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or related technical field- Experience in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, or project/project systems engineering- Familiarity with government and industry standards across space, defense, or mission operations- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills- Ability to collaborate and influence outcomes within diverse, cross-functional teams- U.S. citizenship (security clearance eligibility required for many roles)
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, or related field- Experience supporting DoD, MDA, NASA, or Intelligence Community programs- Knowledge of missile defense architectures, space mission systems, or advanced sensor technologies- Current or prior security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or SCI)
