Stellar Services, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our growing sales team. Territory: Wisconsin, Minnesota & Northern Iowa
We provide a full suite of inmate banking software, commissary services, pod kiosks, video visitation, and inmate email solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell Stellar’s products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to develop tailored solutions
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships
- Generate new business through cold calls, onsite visits, and product demonstrations
- Assist with implementation during new customer installations and onboarding
- Resolve customer concerns quickly to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal operations teams
- Analyze territory performance and prepare sales and activity reports
- Track customer contract end dates to identify growth opportunities
- Assist with RFP responses and maintain awareness of upcoming bid opportunities
- Provide management with market insights, competitive activity, and future sales opportunities
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven successful sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Correctional industry experience is a plus, not required
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the Midwest
- Strong B2B sales background and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to adapt presentation style to different audiences
- Open to feedback with strong relationship management skills
