Role Overview
Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene. QMAPs do perform caregiving as well as administering medications.
- Answer resident calls and determine how to best help them
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
- Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care
