Job Description
The Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of activities to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our Memory Care residents.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Determines and plans daily and weekly life‑enriching activities that meet residents’ social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs, while maintaining open communication with families.
- Is responsible for planning and managing activities and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them.
Qualifications
- 2 years of activity programming experience.
- 1 years of leadership experience, in senior living preferred.
- A love for seniors!
- Highly organized and great time management skills
- Energetic, engaging, and caring personality
- Ability to connect with people
- Preferred experience with LifeLoop, including creating calendars and flyers.
